When my mom turned 90, my three sisters and I spent a mostly glorious week on Maui to celebrate.
When I travel, I love to experience local foods and was so excited to eat at the #1 recommended 5-star restaurant on the island. Prices were a bit pricey, but for the experience it would be well worth it—after all, every other delicious meal was prepared by us at the condo—we deserved a little reprieve from cooking.
My oldest sister had also done her homework and was in agreement with me… that is until sister #2 found out the prices and put her foot down. We would NOT be going.
END of story.
She made it clear she was in charge and no one dared disagree. (She suffers from lupus and an upset can trigger a painful episode.)
We all climbed into the rental car. I thought we were headed to a different restaurant. Instead, I realized we were headed to Costco to pick up some things—I didn’t know exactly what. But really, I kid you not… it was to eat at Costco’s food court. To this day I cannot eat there!
Sadly, my sister’s need to overly control everything has affected, not only her emotional health, but her physical health as well. It has also put an unhealthy strain on relationships with those around her.
I believe that bringing balance to your emotional health is one of the most important things you can do for your well-being. I have often said, “heal yourself and you heal the world around you.”
That world includes your physical health and your relationships.
Excavating emotions and going deep with doses of enlightenment from ‘M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor’ changes you, your health and your relationships.
It helps you release that need to dominate and take control of every situation.
Using it consistently, raises your vibration to a place where disease is inhibited. It helps open your heart and mind, bringing you to a place of peace.
And the best part… it strengthens your relationship with the Savior—He is the Divine Doctor, the Master Healer.
If you or a loved one has been dealing with a need to be overly controlling, say the dose of enlightenment below.
With love,
Jeri

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: overly controlling
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how overly controlling applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 167 + 833 = E
Say it out loud with intent: "one-sixty-seven plus eight-thirty-three equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
