I was captivated by the speaker, hanging onto her every word. And then I was struck with horror when I heard her say it, “You are being selfish.” 

It hurt. Because I knew she was right. 

She didn’t know me. We’ve never met. But her words cut straight to my core. 

I wasn’t giving my customers what they wanted because I was being selfish. 

Initially, I didn’t see it that way. I honestly had believed I was doing my customers a favor by not putting extra things out there for them to purchase when it could all be gleaned from the book. 

You want to pay me to take a class to learn how to use my book!? No… I’m not going to make you pay me to take a class. You don’t need one. It’s all inside. And it’s simple.

You want to pay me for a certification program so you can confidently help other people heal using my book!? No… I’m not going to make you pay for a certification. You don’t need one. It’s all inside. And it’s simple.

I can see now how wrong I was. The right thing to do, is to give your customers what they want and what they feel they need. Of course, it’s smart for business, but it’s so much more than that.

It’s about building trust and real relationships, and helping people confidently use these tools. 

This is one reason why we are doing this newsletter. And it's why we are working on getting our stuff online, even if it's been taking a lot longer than expected.

And yes, we are working on putting together something very special for M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor—a practitioner certification program.

And you’re going to love it!!Better late than never, right? 

I’m grateful I was able to allow my thinking to shift after being made aware of those old ideas I was holding onto.
