Jeri: I have a friend who gives his whole heart and soul to everything he does. He goes from 0 to 100 within seconds. He’s always willing to serve and do whatever he is asked.
There is always a downfall, or an opposite, when you’re always taking intense action… When you give so much, it can leave you feeling overloaded and possibly causes burnout. Then you go from 100 to 0 within seconds.
Jac: Burnout is rough. I’ve been there. It’s important to learn to find balance. Has your friend learned to find balance?
Jeri: He had to learn how to create boundaries in his service and let others do their part too.
Jac: Boundaries are soooo important!! What do you do personally when you find yourself feeling overloaded? Have you been able to prevent yourself from reaching burnout?
Jeri: I am the type of person that needs recovery time. I can overdo things really easily and I have had to learn to recognize the signs—which have definitely gotten easier. Spending time with the Lord in scripture study and prayer is very helpful.
Also, using Doses of Enlightenment is helpful for me to access the Atonement of Jesus Christ. (The frequency the trapped emotion vibrates at... that is the human part of us. The difference made up to equal enlightenment only happens because of Him. He is the difference!)
Jac: Those are all great tips. And thank you for explaining a little bit of the symbolism of the doses of enlightenment.
It’s definitely important to recognize the signs and listen to your body. What are some of the signs you notice when you begin to feel overloaded?
Jeri: Hahaha! You probably know them better than I do! I get grumpy and short-tempered with people.
Thank goodness that doesn’t happen like it used too. Awareness is a wonderful thing! It has brought more peace and joy into my life.
Jac: Your family is grateful for the extra peace and joy. Haha.
Truly, you don't have to live in overload and overwhelm. If you are ready to let go of the things that are overburdening you and/or your brain, see the dose of enlightenment below :)
Love from Jeri and Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: overloaded
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how overloaded applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 97 + 903 = E
Say it out loud with intent: “ninety-seven plus nine-zero-three equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
