Sometimes I get a little too aggressive—or intense—with things… like with indoor climbing.
When one of my friends and I started climbing together almost 4 years ago, we would often climb for 3 hours, give or take. As we advanced, we weren't been able to climb for as long before we maxed out.
A while back, we climbed for 3 full hours again, and most of the climbs had been quite difficult that night. I remember my muscles were getting tired, but my energy levels were going through the roof—I wanted to keep climbing!
However, I noticed my climbing buddy was beyond exhausted, plus I realized my feet were killing me, due to breaking in my new climbing shoes (I had blown through my favorite pair the week before) so… I agreed to be done for the night.
The next day, I noticed the skin on my wrists looked a little strange. I could see quite a bit of petechiae, small red spots (caused by hemorrhaging capillaries underneath the skin)—a sure sign of overworking my wrist from climbing too hard and for too long.
The crazy thing is, if it hadn’t been for my friend, I don’t think I would have stopped for several more climbs. And then what?
The petechiae could have progressed, or I could have gotten myself injured…
I didn’t realize I was being so aggressive with myself while climbing that day—I was just enjoying the release!
Aggression is an attempt to release the fire inside—you know… the fire of intense emotion—often anger…
However, anger is typically masking something deeper… something really painful—like hurt, sadness, or rejection.
And if I’m being honest, I had been experiencing all of those emotions a bit too much during that time.
I want to help you to not be like me, so here are my top 3 tips to help you clear aggression in healthy ways:
1. Use M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor regularly to keep yourself balanced and clear.
2. Move your body. Physical exercise can be a great way clear the intensity of your emotions, but be aware of your limits.
3. Journaling. Write it down to get it ALL out—and then promptly destroy or burn the pages.
I find that being prayerful and intentful with any and all of those options, makes them even more effective.
And if you're ready to clear feelings of aggression, see the dose of enlightenment below!

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: aggressive
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how aggressive applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 93 + 907 = E
Say it out loud with intent: “ninety-three plus nine-zero-seven equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
