When my 16-year old nephew recognized what was happening, he immediately slammed on his brakes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite quick enough to avoid the collision.
The impact was just enough for the woman to realize her car had taken a hit. It left a dent in her vehicle, but not my nephew’s truck. And thankfully no one was injured.
The woman got out started screaming and yelling at him, even though she had been the one who caused the accident—she had been speeding through the parking lot at a ridiculous speed.
Had he not reacted so quickly and stopped, they all could have been hurt, and the damage would have been much worse. But the woman couldn’t see that through her rage, and she continued yelling and screaming and making a scene.
My niece, who was in the passenger seat, said she would make the call to the police to report the accident, so the woman came at her aggressively to try to stop her. Scary!
My niece commanded the woman to get away from her. Thankfully, the woman thought better of following through with her attack. She then jumped in her vehicle and fled the scene.
There were several witnesses, one of whom was filming this entire interaction to give to the police. They did apprehend the raging woman less than 10 minutes later.
I can’t help but wonder what would cause this woman to speed through a parking lot and then mercilessly scream at two teens—the victims of her careless actions.
This woman’s rage had likely been building up beneath the surface for quite some time, and the accident must have detonated her explosion.
If you feel anger or rage building up inside of you (whether subtle or glaring), if you have felt that way in the past, or if you are feeling that way right now, see the dose of enlightenment below.
You don’t have to let your feelings simmer beneath the surface until they boil over. You can acknowledge them and release them now. You will be glad you did.
Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: rage
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how rage applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 147 + 853 = E
Say it out loud with intent: “one-forty-seven plus eight-fifty-three equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
