Enough Already!

Jac: I used to struggle with my worth when relationships or friendships came to an end. I would find myself feeling very deficient, because I believed that I just wasn’t enough for that person. Good enough. Fun enough. Beautiful enough. Loving enough. Smart enough.

I could run “not enough” scenarios through my mind of all kinds of variations. And I always blamed myself for things not working out, even when the other person had blatantly betrayed me.

I have dealt with a lot of betrayal in my life from so very many different people, so… I guess you could say I have spent a lot of time feeling deficient in my ability to love and to be the kind of person others want to be around.

Jeri: It sounds like you have dealt with more than your share of heartbreak. Feeling inadequate in relationships is hard. I’ve felt it a lot in friendships. What has helped you overcome those feelings of not being enough?

Jac: It’s been a long process over the years. Part of it has been learning to love myself better and to give myself compassion and grace. And I think when we really know who we are—children of loving and forgiving Heavenly Parents—it’s easier to overcome those feelings of not being enough.

Jeri: I agree. Overcoming those very deep feelings of deficiency has been a long journey for me as well. I believe when those inadequacies repeat over and over again throughout the years, they become our truth—when in reality, they are lies. The lies become our false traditions because they are so hard to let go.

That is why I love M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor so much. The deep dive to uncover the false traditions has helped me recognize the lies and embrace my genuine divine self. Knowing our divinity is so important in understanding our true worth.

Jac: That’s well said. I think that’s also why I’ve been able to give myself permission to create boundaries with people, to decide what I will and won’t put up with, and to stand firm in those boundaries. We all deserve to be treated with respect.

Jeri: Yes, we do! For all of you who are ready to clear out the icky emotion of feeling deficient in love—for yourself, or others, see the Dose of Enlightenment below.

Love from Jeri and Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!

This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.

If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.

*******************************************************

Today’s emotion is: deficiency in love of self or others

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how deficiency in love of self or others applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 119 + 881 = E

Say it out loud with intent: “one-nineteen plus eight-eighty-one equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
