From Unbearable Conflict to Safe Release

In order for him to spend time with his adorable little 5-year-old daughter, his ex-wife had drawn up a contract. As much as he loved his precious baby girl, he knew signing the unreasonable and biased document would cause future damage to him, his sons from a previous marriage, and his extended family.

The contract was filled with irrational demands, contempt and outrageous lies.

To him, the conflict was unbearable. It didn’t matter how patient or kind he was, or how agreeable he tried to be, she would masterfully twist his words and become combative. He never knew what her next move would be.

It was all a game to her. She was skilled at isolating him when they were married, and now, she consciously and consistently uses those skills to isolate their little girl, all the while using her as leverage.

Living in a relationship like this is devastating. Eventually the conflict that is simmering beneath the surface has to have somewhere to go.

The inward battle has the potential to burst into an angry tirade, or if carefully controlled and buried, can explode into a myriad of health issues.

Many of my clients don’t like to feel anger, because they view it as an unrighteous emotion. But even Jesus Christ felt anger as he cleansed the temple, overturning tables and expelling merchants and money changers who were using His Father’s house for commercial gain.

I believe there is such a thing as righteous anger, and that anger is a necessary emotion.

How can you ever truly feel peace if you bury your anger inside of you?

If you have been dealing with inner conflict in your life and you feel it rising to the surface… do not stuff it down in an attempt to cover it up. Your body knows it needs to be released… that is why it is coming up.

It is possible to safely release your inner conflict and anger. I am experienced in doing this, and the safest, quickest and easiest way I have discovered, is using doses of enlightenment found in M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor.

If the conflict is causing you extra grief and pain, write out whatever is coming up for you, getting it all out on paper… then say the dose of enlightenment.

If you are doing a full session with numerous emotions, write your angry feelings about the first emotion, then say the dose of enlightenment, then write about the second emotion and say the dose of enlightenment, and so forth—it works wonders.

You don't have to keep stuffing the conflict down or carrying the anger inside of you.

To get started, write about your inner conflict. Be brutally honest… it isn't going to be pretty! Get it all out.

Then, when you're ready to release what you've brought to the surface, see the dose of enlightenment below.

I hope you know I am sending you so much love right now.

With love,

Jeri

💜 Today’s emotions are: inner conflict rising to the surface

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how inner conflict rising to the surface applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 148 + 852 = E

Say it out loud with intent: “one-forty-eight plus eight-fifty-two equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.

The Doses of Enlightenment come from the M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor book by Jaclyn Taylor. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet and want to learn more about how this works, you can get one here:
