Go Deep

I had a client recently that I think you can probably relate to on some level. She had been dealing with some long-lasting physical issues and her intention for the session was to get to the bottom of those.

We both felt it was probably tied to things she had already been working through—feeling unworthy or undeserving of certain blessings.

Guilt was the first thing to show up and start to clear during her session, but it didn’t seem to have a place yet. As we proceeded through the work, we started to discuss all the clues that were showing up.

My client kept piecing things together and recognized exactly who her physical pain had been tied to, but it still didn’t make much sense…

We soon discovered that she had been holding onto anger and using it as a security blanket so that she wouldn’t have to feel her feelings or be vulnerable. Once she let that go, I felt that guilt come up and start to clear again…

That’s when a really difficult memory from my client’s childhood surfaced—something that she had buried deep in her subconscious. It was regarding a fairly innocent decision that millions of kids make every week—if not every day—that was linked to something that had changed someone else’s life forever.

Her decision didn’t cause what happened to that person, but she realized how a different decision may have prevented something bad from happening to that person… Thus… The guilt. The shame. The feelings of unworthiness. The subconscious belief that she didn’t believe she deserved certain blessings.

All because she had perceived that what had happened to this other person was ALL her fault. Even though it wasn’t.

False beliefs don’t exist without a reason. What false beliefs do you need to address regarding your self-worth?

There’s a dose of enlightenment below to help, but I want to remind you that the deeper you are willing to dig, the deeper the layers you will be able to reach.

Had my client not been willing to go deep during that session, we wouldn’t have gotten to the root of her physical pain OR to the root of her low-self worth.

Please be willing dig, my friend. It might not be fun, but it will be worth it!

Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!

This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.

If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.

*******************************************************

Today’s emotion is: low self worth

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how low self worth applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 52 + 948 = E

Say it out loud with intent: “fifty-two plus nine-forty-eight equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.

The Doses of Enlightenment come from the M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor book by Jaclyn Taylor. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet and want to learn more about how this works, you can get one here:
