My heart wall was as wide as 432 football fields lined up from end zone to end zone. And it was made of fire. Overprotective much?
That’s probably why guys were scared of getting too close to me for such a long time. Haha. Oops.
Thankfully, years ago, my foot zoning instructor helped me work through a large portion of that heart wall for several months—and in a way that felt safe and doable.
I let what was left just be there for a while—until I felt safe to do more work on removing it. Once I was ready, I discovered that my heart wall had shifted into a burning hot building 80 stories tall.
I spent a few months continuing to whittle down that heart wall through emotional release sessions and foot zoning sessions until there was NOTHING left.
That’s probably why every guy who took me out for the next little while tried to kiss me on the first date. Haha. Oops.
Don’t worry… Over time, I found balance and created appropriate levels of protection for my heart (and my lips 😂). There’s definitely a learning curve when you’ve gone from MASSIVE heart wall to none.
Heart walls are built for a reason. However, most of us don't realize they are there, so we keep them far longer than is needful. This keeps us stuck in an overprotective energy, which only enables us to build those walls bigger and thicker.
The good new is... No matter how big they are, you can clear them. If my 432 football fields could be reduced to nothing, then I'm certain yours can be too.
If you have a tendency to overprotect yourself, making it difficult to let people in—including your loved ones—by building heart walls… there is a dose of enlightenment below to help you get started.
Once you clear that need to be overprotective of yourself, you can start digging into the rest and discover the layers that make up that heart wall.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions: What does it look like? What is it made out of? What do I need to do to get rid of this? How many layers can I safely remove today? Etc.
Let us know if you have any questions about healing a heart wall!
Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: overprotective of self
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how overprotective of self applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 108 + 892 = E
Say it out loud with intent: “one-zero-eight plus eight-ninety-two equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
