The filter through which we view life creates how we perceive everything.

Those filters are created by our life experiences.

If we aren’t careful to stay grounded in Truth, we can get way off into the woods, concocting ridiculous stories that don’t actually feel ridiculous… because they resonate with us.

The problem is that if we tell ourselves something often enough, it becomes our truth.

However, your truth and my truth never becomes the Truth. Only God’s truth will ever be the Truth.

If you’ve ever experienced the struggles that are born of misperceptions, see the dose of enlightenment below.

Moving forward, let us all strive to take our perceptions to God—so that we can view life through His lens of Truth.

Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!

This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.

If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.

*******************************************************

Today’s emotion is: misperceptions

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how misperceptions applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 112 + 888 = E

Say it out loud with intent: “one-twelve plus eight-eighty-eight equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
