I have some pet peeves…
For example, I really don’t like ugly beards and mustaches, when people tell me what to do, when women don’t allow men to be gentlemen, or when someone leaves pee on the toilet seat for me to sit in.
But what I really hate is…
Well…
I don’t actually know.
I’m honestly struggling to figure out how the emotion bottled up hatred applies to me.
Yet here it is. Just waiting for me to identify it.
It must be deep for nothing to be coming to my mind yet.
But I can feel it’s there.
So… I’m going to take a little break to do some pondering. (Like go for a walk, take a shower or bath, spend some time outside in the sunshine…)
And then, I’ll come right back and finish writing this for you. If you’re reading this and haven’t figured out your bottled up hatred yet, I’m inviting you to do the same.
…
…
…
I’m back!! And guess what??
I discovered that I have bottled up hatred for the way men (and women) play with people’s hearts.
I hate that they won’t take the time to tune into themselves, or take the time to heal their own wounds before they go out to “have fun” and end up getting into a relationship to distract them from themselves… Then they bolt when vulnerability is required, and leave a wake of broken hearts behind them.
I understand that most people don’t go out intentionally seeking to hurt people. Oh but they do hurt people.
They themselves are hurting, yet they refuse to do what it takes to break the cycle, because they don’t want to face their own painful emotions.
I hate it because I’ve been on the brokenhearted end more times than I think any human should ever have to be. And I hate it because it isn’t just me—I see my friends out there getting hurt too.
Hate is not a fun emotion to feel, and we judge ourselves for it, so it tends to get buried deep where even we can’t see it ourselves.
I hope you will remember that feeling the emotion of hate doesn’t make you a hateful person.
Will you join me in letting go of your bottled up hate? If so, see the dose of enlightenment below.
Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: bottled up hate
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how bottled up hate applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 57 + 943 = E
Say it out loud with intent: “fifty-seven plus nine-forty-three equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.

The Doses of Enlightenment come from the M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor book by Jaclyn Taylor. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet and want to learn more about how this works, you can get one here:
