The separation, caused by narcissistic violence, false accusations and interference was a long time coming. We were all so grateful that our son and brother would finally be able to heal and escape from the grasp of Ursula’s (name has been changed) influence.
Over the few years they were together, whenever Ursula would go on a rampage, she would skillfully attempt to engage our entire family (through a group text message) to intervene in behalf of our son.
At first, we thought she genuinely cared about his welfare, but I always wondered how he felt and what her intervention was doing to him. I quickly realized that he was on the thread, and he would never, ever reply.
It must have been so hurtful.
Ursula was attempting to place extended family members in the middle of her marriage—a place where we had no business being. It felt so wrong. I felt prompted to send her a private message, which was very loving and kind, but also in defense of my son.
I quickly copied and pasted and let him know what I had done, assuring him that I had his back. She was furious, and screamed that she never wanted anything to do with me or any of the family ever again. That ended up being a huge blessing for all of us—especially my son.
There are two main ways to interfere in the lives of others.
1. Malicious interference. This is where someone has a disposition to injure others without cause. On some sense, personal gratification is involved and it is done out of spite, hatred and ill will. A narcissist will display this type of behavior in order to get their way.
2. Meddling. This is someone that interferes or busies him/her self with things in which he/she has no concern. They are also known as a busy body, and are found inserting themselves where they really have no business.
Sometimes a meddler convinces his/herself they are just being helpful. Any type of meddling is not helpful! Don’t’ do it!
It is easy to want to interfere in the lives of your partner, children or close friends—especially when you can clearly see something that you can help them correct and make better in their lives.
In this case, pray for them and remember, we all have lessons to learn…
Some you need to learn on your own. Some you need to learn from your Heavenly Source, and some, you need your earthly angels to teach you.
Pray to know the difference and to know when you are needed to step in and offer your inspired advice.
See the dose of enlightenment below.
With love,
Jeri

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: interfering with others
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how interfering with others applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 157 + 843 = E
Say it out loud with intent: "one-fifty-seven plus eight-forty-three equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.

The Doses of Enlightenment come from the M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor book by Jaclyn Taylor. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet and want to learn more about how this works, you can get one here:
