Missing Out

For as long as I can remember, I’ve gotten along well with people of all ages. For example, I remember when I was 11, one of my best friends was 15. And when I was 16, one my best friends was 12.

And then when I got into my twenties I realized that age really was just a number.

However, there’s always been one age group that I’ve struggled to connect with: the elderly.

I remember visiting three of my sweet, very elderly great-grandparents when I was just a toddler. I also remember being told shortly after, that my great-grandparents were no longer with us—we lost them one by one while I was very young.

I remember going into nursing homes as a child and teen and feeling traumatized. I remember reluctantly visiting older people with my parents as a child and teen and feeling traumatized.

I think it’s because I’ve always related older ages with death.

I regret that I didn’t connect better with my grandparents as they got older. I tried… I really did! But I had such a great fear of the future—I feared them dying and the loss I would feel… So I subconsciously disconnected from feeling as close to them so that it would be easier on me when they passed.

And I really don’t like thinking of my parents getting older… (not that they are all that old yet, but time keeps moving forward whether I'm ready for it or not!)

I can see how this fear of the future has been holding me back my entire life… preventing me from building strong, beautiful connections with amazing people who have truly experienced life… especially knowing that there is life after death, and that our loved ones never truly leave us.

I’ve really missed out.

If you are like me, and you feel ready to clear your fear of the future and prevent yourself from missing out more than you already have, see the dose of enlightenment below.

Let’s move forward with faith and build lasting connections!

Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!

This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.

If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.

*******************************************************

Today’s emotion is: fear of the future

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how fear of the future applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 86 + 914 = E

Say it out loud with intent: “eighty-six plus nine-fourteen equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
