Not all Heroes Wear Capes

I found myself in a large opening of an upstairs barn, my heart was beating so fast. I was afraid. Two men were after me and there was nowhere to hide. They rushed towards me. I only had two options—jump, or be caught. I chose to jump.

Whoa… I’m flying!!!

This was a recurring dream I had as a child. Each dream seemed to build upon the next and I soon learned that I had the power to change the dream. I became more and more proficient at escaping danger, skilled in bravery and practiced at flying.

It was so exciting to be able to create positive change and outcomes as I was sleeping. Because of this ability, I became the hero of my dreams.

Did you know that you can be the hero in your story?

Sometimes heroes are afraid and feel unable to accept upcoming changes in their lives, or they may even feel incapable to make important changes happen.

Here are three ways to get out of your head and be the hero in your story.

1. Set clear goals. Write down what you want to accomplish and why this change would be good for you.

2. Take small steps. You don’t have to change everything all at once. Break your goals up into small chunks that are doable for you. Just take one step at a time.

3. Do an emotional release session. This one is my favorite because it will help you identify the issue and get to the root of the problem quickly. After a good session, you will feel ready to accept change and move forward.

See the Dose of Enlightenment below to help you jumpstart ‘unable to accept change’.

Note: There are numerous wonderful modalities out there to help you with emotional release. I’ve tried many of them. My favorite is using Doses of Enlightenment from the book, M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor, because saying the divine equation raises the vibration in your body quickly and easily—which, in turn, creates a place for ideal healing.

With love,

Jeri

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!

This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.

If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.

*******************************************************

Today’s emotion is: unable to accept change

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how unable to accept change applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 100 + 900 = E

Say it out loud with intent: “one-hundred plus nine-hundred equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
