I know you’ve been there. You want to say something so bad. You NEED to say something. But you don’t. You hold back. You bite your tongue. You restrain yourself.
Maybe because you don’t feel safe to share.
Maybe because you are afraid your words will hurt someone.
Maybe because you don’t believe you will be taken seriously.
Maybe because the person you need to say it to never listens.
Maybe because you are just afraid to rock the boat.
I understand.
But I also know the consequences of not speaking up.
Jaw and TMJ issues/injuries…
Tongue issues/injuries (literally biting your tongue)…
Sore throats and throat infections…
Perhaps you really do just need to say that thing to that person so that the energy doesn’t just get trapped in your body to cause physical problems for you.
But what if it really isn’t safe?
Or what if that person really won’t listen or take you seriously?
There are two amazing tools that will help:
1. Writing pages. Write it all down, including all the things you would never say to their face. End in gratitude and make sure to take responsibility for your part. And then destroy the paper. Burn it. Shred it. Whatever. But definitely destroy it. (You can also type it up in notes on your phone or computer and then delete it.)
2. Spirit-to-spirit conversations. Visualize the person and ask to speak to their spirit. If they agree tell them all of the things. Including the things you wouldn’t say to them in real life. Their spirit can handle it. Make sure to take responsibility for your part and end the conversation in gratitude.
Both options allow you to say what you need to say, so that you don’t end up with trapped emotions that eventually cause physical health problems. And both options give opportunity for the other person’s spirit to hear you, which helps clear the energy and paves the way for safe conversations in the future.
I’ve even heard of issues resolving themselves this way.
If you’ve been holding a lot inside, try one or both of the above tools. Plus, there’s also a Dose of Enlightenment below to help get you started.
Love from Jac

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!
This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.
If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.
*******************************************************
Today’s emotion is: biting your tongue
How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how biting your tongue applies to you.
Dose of Enlightenment: 127 + 873 = E
Say it out loud with intent: “one-twenty-seven plus eight-seventy-three equals enlightenment.”
Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
