Scaredy-Cat

Frank (name has been changed) was bullied as a little boy. He mumbled because he suffered from hearing loss and often felt left out. His little brother, Daniel (name has also been changed), felt sad for Frank and tried to defend his brother.

It didn’t do any good. The bullies were too big for him and Frank.

Daniel learned to be a silent observer. It was safer to just stand back and watch. He hated it and felt like a scaredy-cat weakling as he watched his brother be pushed around. He wished he was bigger. He wanted to be fearless and courageous so he could protect his brother.

Feeling spineless implies that you are weak, lack courage and determination, and/or that you are unwilling to stand up for yourself or others. It can be a reflection of low self-esteem or a lack of confidence and is most often tied to childhood trauma.

Here is how to address the trauma:

· Identify limiting beliefs: Find the roots and boulders causing the uncomfortable feeling of spineless. Use M: Collaborations with the Divine Doctor and say the divine equations to clear your trapped emotions.

· Set Boundaries: Learn to say “no”. Be sure to stress limits in your relationships and other areas of your life. Understand that you deserve respect and you are not a doormat.

· Show yourself some compassion: Be kind, acknowledge and recognize the things you are great at. Ask those you trust to help identify your strengths, if necessary—then take time to build on them.

· Be Self-aware: Pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to understand what the triggers are that are contributing to feeling spineless. Then shift it to a positive, more confident outcome, by asking… “What would it feel like to be fearless and courageous in this situation?” Allow yourself to feel those positive feelings.

· Celebrate your mistakes: Everyone makes mistakes. They bless your life with lessons that help you on your journey of self-improvement and help strengthen your inner-self.

If you are ready to be brave, courageous and fearless, say the dose of enlightenment below.

With love,

Jeri

Since we promised to treat you to an extra dose of light in your inbox, we include a Dose of Enlightenment for you at the end of each newsletter. We value your agency, so it’s up to you whether or not you receive it!

This Dose of Enlightenment is a frequency equation meant to clear a hidden and trapped emotion that you’ve been holding onto.

If today's emotion is one that we have already cleared, know that we are addressing a different layer or situation this time.

*******************************************************

Today’s emotions are: spineless

How does this emotion apply to you? For best results, ponder this question and identify how spineless applies to you.

Dose of Enlightenment: 84 + 916= E

Say it out loud with intent: “eighty-four plus nine-sixteen equals enlightenment.”

Breathe. Let it go. Feel the shift. Allow your body to be filled with light.
