For those of you who have been in my classes, you know how much I love the heart. There are 536 references of scripture that refer to the heart—many referring to a hard heart.

Did you know that Satan desires—but Christ requires your heart?

Satan plants fear and discontent, but the Savior of the world fills you with peace as you turn your heart to him. Christ requires a broken heart and a contrite spirit. Using doses of enlightenment will help you pull fear up by its roots.

INTENTION

Today, it is my intention to gift you a full emotional release session in order to assist you in reconciling your heart with the Savior, filling it with peace, so you can annihilate the fear that has been keeping you stuck.

Individually and collectively, six codes will be cleared to get to the roots and boulders of the issue.

INSTRUCTIONS

After reading the first emotion, ask yourself… “how does this apply to me?”

Be brutally honest with yourself and address things prayerfully.

Write down what comes to you.

Before moving on, ask.. “Do I need to know something different or anything more?”

When you feel like you have received everything you need to know about emotion number 1, say the dose of enlightenment.

Breathe it in deeply and then exhale slowly as you say it, then feel the shift in your body.

If you are unable to feel the shift, trust that it is working. Sometimes it just takes practice.

Then move to the second emotion and repeat the process. Do the same for numbers 3-6.

COMPLIMENTARY SESSION

Issue we are working on: Clear blockages that are keeping me stuck in fear. Unable to feel peace in my life. 

1. Not getting your own way — 102 + 898 = Enlightenment

2. Unable to act — 58 + 942 = Enlightenment

3. Spiritual energy flow blocked in both directions — 120 + 880 = Enlightenment

4. Not wanting to move in a particular direction in life — 89 + 911 = Enlightenment

5. Unable to change direction in life — 109 + 891 = Enlightenment

6. Overprotective of self — 108 + 892 = Enlightenment

FINAL THOUGHTS

Now that you are done releasing all 6 emotions, you should feel at peace, lighter, stronger, more grounded and ready to move forward with courage and confidence. 

I pray that you will choose humility over pride and faith over fear, and that you will remember who to keep your focus on so you will experience peace—every single day.
